Hi, I’m Jess – I’m currently studying to become a support worker and I’m so excited to be part of the team at Proactive Supports 4 U. I have a degree in Psychological Science and Criminology, which has given me a strong understanding of human behaviour and the importance of person-centred care.

I’m passionate about supporting people to feel understood, valued, and empowered in their daily lives. Being able to combine my studies with hands-on experience in this role is incredibly rewarding, and I love seeing the difference that small moments of connection can make.

Outside of work, I enjoy going on trips to buggy races and spending time with friends and family. I love adventure and trying new experiences, which I think helps me bring energy and positivity into the support I provide.
