With a focus on fostering independence and creating a supportive environment, Renea's dedication is evident in her tireless efforts to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. Beyond her role, Renea brings a vibrant passion for art, music, and cooking, using these creative outlets to enhance the well-being of those she works with. Her deep appreciation for the importance of family further strengthens her commitment to fostering meaningful connections.
Moreover, Renea's extensive knowledge enables her to navigate participants' NDIS plans with precision, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they need to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Certified ASD Coach, Cert III in Individual support (disability)
Lily is a qualified Support Worker passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she supports. With a compassionate and person-centred approach, she empowers individuals, fosters independence, and enhances their quality of life through tailored support. Reliable and empathetic, Lily ensures every person feels valued and understood.
Now primarily serving as Proactive Supports 4U’s Admin and Social Media Manager, Lily plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — from organizing day-to-day operations to sharing stories, highlights, and achievements across our platforms.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, exploring her love of cooking, and finding inspiration and joy in music. Her dedication, adaptability, and well-rounded approach make her a valued and trusted member of the team.

ADMIN/BOOKKEEPER
Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
Cassie is the bookkeeper at Proactive Supports 4 U, bringing a strong background in finance and administration to the team. With excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, she ensures the company’s financial processes run smoothly, from payroll to reporting.
Passionate about supporting the team behind the scenes, Cassie plays an important role in keeping everything running efficiently and is always happy to help where she can. Her friendly and approachable nature makes her a trusted point of contact for staff.
Outside of work, Cassie is a proud mum of two daughters and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also loves getting outdoors and making the most of her downtime. Cassie’s professionalism, caring attitude, and dedication make her a highly valued member of the Proactive Supports 4 U team.

Marg is a highly trained professional with an extensive background in nursing and aged care. With years of experience working in an aged care home, she has developed a deep understanding of the needs of individuals requiring support.
Now a dedicated support worker, Marg brings an incredible level of compassion, expertise, and commitment to her role. She goes above and beyond to ensure those she cares for feel valued, respected, and empowered.
Beyond her work, Marg is also an amazing mother and grandmother, always nurturing and supporting her family with the same love and dedication she brings to her profession.

Britney has been a Certificate IV qualified Disability Support Worker for almost 10 years and recently became an Enrolled Nurse after completing her Diploma of Nursing. Based in our Queensland branch, she brings extensive experience and nursing expertise to provide compassionate, skilled care.
Britney is passionate about delivering respectful, person-centred support that helps individuals feel safe, comfortable, and empowered in their daily lives. She takes time to understand each person’s unique needs and preferences, ensuring her care is tailored to them.
