Last Friday, we held a wonderful Training Day for all our team at Proactive Supports 4 U! 🙌
It was a great opportunity to come together, learn from each other, and make sure we’re delivering the very best care and support to the people we serve ❤️.
During the day we covered some key topics, including:
✅ Communication Skills — how we connect, listen, and respond in a way that makes a real difference.
✅ Client Wellbeing — putting the people we support at the center of everything we do.
✅ Standards of Business — understanding the policies, procedures, and best practices that help us provide a consistent, reliable service.

Last Thursday, the ladies of our Sisterhood Club came together for a heartwarming and delicious outing at Fork n Flower – and what a lovely day it was! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and the wonderful scent of fresh blooms and baked treats.
At Proactive Supports 4U, we believe in more than just support — we believe in connection, empowerment, and creating spaces where everyone belongs. The Sisterhood Club is all about building those meaningful connections between women who lift each other up, share experiences, and celebrate life’s simple pleasures together.
Brunch at Fork n Flower gave us the perfect chance to unwind, share stories, and enjoy time outside our usual routine. The food was fantastic, the company even better, and the smiles said it all!
Outings like these are a reminder of the importance of community and the power of sisterhood. We’re already planning our next adventure and can’t wait to see what beautiful moments are around the corner.
