Hi, I’m Lily – a proud Support Worker at Proactive Supports 4 U. Supporting others and making a difference in their everyday lives is something I’m truly passionate about. I take pride in building genuine relationships and creating a safe, positive space where individuals feel respected, heard, and empowered.

I’m also proud to follow in the footsteps of my mum, Renea, the founder of Proactive Supports 4 U. Watching her build this business with compassion and dedication has inspired me to bring the same care and commitment to the work I do every day.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two beautiful nieces and catching up with friends. Family means everything to me, and that sense of connection is something I bring into my role, supporting others with kindness, empathy, and heart.
