Hi, I’m Lily – a proud Support Worker at Proactive Supports 4U. Supporting others and making a difference in their everyday lives is something I’m truly passionate about. I take pride in building genuine relationships and creating a safe, positive space where individuals feel respected, heard, and empowered. I’m currently primarily responsible for admin and social media, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and sharing stories from our community. I’m also studying to become a fully qualified Support Worker, and I’m excited to grow and develop my skills further.

I’m also proud to follow in the footsteps of my mum, Renea, the founder of Proactive Supports 4 U. Watching her build this business with compassion and dedication has inspired me to bring the same care and commitment to the work I do every day.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two beautiful nieces and catching up with friends. Family means everything to me, and that sense of connection is something I bring into my role, supporting others with kindness, empathy, and heart.
