Hi, I’m Lisa – a Support Worker at Proactive Supports 4 U. With experience in aged care and home and community care, I bring a gentle, compassionate approach to everything I do. Supporting others is something I genuinely love, and I’m committed to providing care that’s respectful, kind, and centred around each person’s unique needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, silly dancing, nature walks, coffee and cake, and getting creative with crafts. I’m also a proud mum to two beautiful adult sons and have lived the unique life of an ex-military wife—an experience that’s shaped my resilience and deepened my empathy for others.

Kindness and connection are at the heart of who I am, and I feel truly grateful to be part of a team that shares those same values.
